This term students in Grade 6 have been participating in Brains and Brawn(boys) and M-Power(girls). Here are a few photos of some of the activities. Feel free to comment on these.
Brain and brawn and M-Power (I did not do as I am a boy) is a great opportunity to do as we learn how to trust other class mates and to improve your muscles. It is a fun activity as we play lots of fun games.
M-power is different to Brains and Brawn. We learn about power girl and we do mini or major scenarios and try to come up with a solution but it’s great fun most of the time
Brains & Brawn and M-Power are two separate things. Brains and Brawn is for boys and M-Power is for girls. In M-power you talk about things like your feelings and how Power Girl might handle the situation. We also play games and do some fun activities.
In M-Power we talk about different friendship situations with 4 dolls – Summer, Spring, Autumn and Winter and try and come up with a solution! We also play lots of fun games and learn how to trust each other!!
I like doing brains and brawn, because it is fun to do most of the time.
The things we do is are help develop team skills and trust in other people, it also helps you meet other people and make friends. There are also kids from other grades that you can get to know more. You also are with kids you know and can build a better friendship and also repair an old friendship.

Brains and brawn is a fun activity that develops freindship and trust. We do it once a week and we have different activities each time. There are kids from different classes so we can make new freindships.There are fun activities like tug-a-war and activities that make you think.
M-Power is great fun, it helps us girls control ourselves with the way we talk to people and the way we control our behaviour.
Miss Buzz is awesome at M-Power too. Every week she has homework for us which is better than normal homework.(sorry teachers but it’s the truth.)
